Home page with the following menu will open
Step 2: If you are not registered with the website Click on Citizen Registration
The following Menu will open
Step 3: Enter Personal Details
Full Name: Type your full name
Mobile Number: Enter your mobile number
Email Address: Enter your email address
Step 4: Click on Next, Follow process and complete registration
Step 5: Visit Login page of the website of Edistrict West Bengal Government
Home page with the following menu will open
Step 4: Enter User Name, Password and Security Code showing on the Screen
Step 5: Click on Login
Now you have logged on to the website
Step 6: Click on Certificate
Step 7: Click on Permission for delayed registration of birth
Now a page for Permission for delayed registration of birth will be displayed
Step 8: Click on Apply
Step 9: Fill Required information
Applicant's Basic Information : Fill name address, date of birth mobile No, email ID, Aadhaar No etc
Present: Fill Present address details of the application
Step 10: Click on Save & Next
Now a new page will open with heading supporting documents details for permission for delayed registration of birth
Step 11: Select and upload Birth Proof, Declaration form and any other document
Step 12: Click on Save & Next
Step 13: Click on Submit
Now the acknowledgement for submission of application will be displayed on the screen. Note down the AI Number or take printout of the acknowledgement. You can check status of application online after logon to the website.
