CDMA: Search death records outside GHMC

Law governing death registration in Telangana
Death registration is governed by the Registration of Births and Deaths Act, 1969, as amended by the Registration of Births and Deaths (Amendment) Act, 2023. The 2023 amendment came into force on 1 October 2023 and strengthened the legal framework for digital registration and electronic delivery of birth and death certificates.
