Steps to search case status with Supreme Court

Step I: Visit the Website of Supreme Court

Home page of the website with the following menu will open

Supreme Court case status online

Step II: Click on Case Status

Now a New page with the following Menu will open

Supreme Court Case Status by Diary Number

1. Case status Search by Diary Number in Supreme Court

The default menu is case by Diary Number. Steps to check case status by Diary No.

Diary No : Type Diary Number

Year : Select Year from the Menu

Security Code : Enter Security Code from the Menu

Click on Submit

Now your case details will be displayed on the screen

2. Case Status Search by Case Number in Supreme Court

Case Number in the above Menu. The following screen will appear

Case Type : Select Case Type from the list

Number : Type Case Number

Year : Select Case Year

Captcha : Enter Security Code from the Menu

Submit : Click on Submit

Now your case details will be displayed on the screen

3. Case Status Search by Party Name in Supreme Court

Click Party Name in the above Menu

Supreme Court case status by Party name

Pet. / Res. : Select Petitioner or Respondent

Party Name : Type Party Name

Year : Select Year

Status : Select Pending or Dispose

Captcha : Enter Security Code from the Menu

SHOW : Click on SHOW

Now your case details will be displayed on the screen

4. Case Status by AOR Name in Supreme Court

Click on AOR in the above Menu. The following screen will appear.

Pet. / Res. : Select Petitioner or Respondent

AOR Number : Type AOR Number

AOR Name : Type Name

Year : Select Year

Status : Select Pending or Dispose

Captcha : Enter Security Code from the Menu

SHOW : Click on SHOW

Now your case details will be displayed on the screen

5. Case Status search by Court/ Tribunal in Supreme Court

Click on Court / Tribunal. The following Screen will appear

Court : Select Name of Court from the List

State : Select State from the List

Bench : Select Bench from the List

Case Detail : Select Case Type, Type Case Number

Year : Select Case year from the List

Order Date : Type Date of Order from the list

Captcha : Enter Security Code from the Menu

SHOW : Click on SHOW

Now your case details will be displayed on the screen

6. Case Status Search by Free Text in Supreme Court

Click on Free Text option on the above Menu

Enter Text : Type the text you want to search

From Date : Enter Start Date for Search

To Date : Enter End Date for Search

Search : Click on Search

Now your case details will be displayed on the screen
