How to Register for online services with Ministry of Road Transport and Highways to pay road tax and fee online and avail eservices

You have to register with the vahan.parivahan.gov.in to apply for online services of Change Address in RC, Issue of Duplicate RC, Hypothecation Addition, Alteration of Motor vehicle, No Objection Certificate (NOC), Pay Vehicle Tax, Renewal of Fitness Certificate, Duplicate Fitness Certificate, Fitness For NOC/Conversion, Online Permit Services, Renewal of Permit, Duplicate Permit, Permit Home Authorization, Check Pending Transaction, DMS Document Upload and Appointment Reschedule. Steps to Register with Ministry of Road Transport and Highways Website

Step 1: Visit the Website of Vahan eservices Ministry of Road Transport and Highways

The following Menu will open

Vahan.Parivahan.gov.in Home Page

Step 2: Click on Register

The following Menu will Open

Online Registration - vahan.parivahan.gov.in

Step 3: Fill Required Information

Full Name : Enter your Full Name

Email ID: Enter your Email ID (This will be used as user ID)

Mobile Number : Type your Mobile Number

Select State : Select your State from the List

Security Code : Enter the Security Code shown on the Screen

Step 4: Click on Register

On Registration, a Success Message will be appeared on the Screen

Step 5: Now user will be Login into Email ID which provided in Registration form. You will get online password in Email.

Step 6: Click on Verify Your Account

Step 7: Enter OTP

Step 8: Enter Password and Confirm Password

Step 9: Click on Change Password

Now user will be able to login by using the user ID and password through the following menu.
