Step 3: Click on Lodge a Petition
The following menu will open
Step 4: If you are a new user click on Register
The following page will open with Registration Menu
Step 5: Fill information asked for in the Menu
Personal Details
Name: Write your First Name, Middle Name and Last Name
Gender: Select Gender from the List
Mobile No., Land Line No, Email ID: Type your mobile No, Telephone No and Email
Date of Birth : Enter your Date of Birth
Address Details
Fill your House No. Street No. Colony/ Local Area, Village/ Town/ City, Tehsil etc
Select Country, State, District and Police Station from the List
Type your PIN Code No
Login Details
Security Question 1 : Select one Security Question from the List
Your First School, Place of birth, Driving License No, PAN, Mother's Name, Your First Vehicle Your Last college etc
Security Answer :Write security Answer
Security Question 2: Select one Security Question from the list not taken in question 1
Your First School, Place of birth, Driving License No, PAN, Mother's Name, Your First Vehicle Your Last college etc
Security Answer 2: Write Security Answer
Login Name: Write a new login name
Password : Type your new password
Confirm Password: Write the password again
Enter Captcha : Enter Security code shown on the screen
Step 6: Click on Generate OTP
Step 7: Enter OTP
Step 8: Click on Submit
Now your Registration with the website of Andhra Pradesh Police is over. No you can go to Citizen Services Menu.
Step 9: Click on Citizen Services
Step 10: Click on Lodge a Petition
The following menu will open
Step 12: Enter your user name, Password
Step 13: Enter Captcha shown on Screen
Step 14: Click on Login Button
Now you have logged on to the website of Andhra Pradesh Police. You can register your complaint online and attach supporting documents. You will get acknowledgement online. You can track the Complaint Status with the reference number you got from the website.
