Practicing Advocates who are enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi and are also in the Voters list of Delhi can register with the Chief Minister Advocates Welfare Scheme Delhi. The Registration can be done online by following simple process.
Government of NCT of Delhi has announced the Chief Minister Advocates' Welfare Scheme vide Order No. 5(50)/Lit/LJ&LA/19 (CD No. 064546413)/7122-24 dated 29.11.2019, a Committee consisting of Advocates was constituted with the mandate to propose a Scheme for the welfare of Advocates so that the budget outlay of Rs. 50 crores sanctioned by Government of NCT of Delhi is utilized properly for the welfare of all Advocates.

Last date for online registration as published by BCD is 14.04.2020. If you are not able to register by that date, please check the website to know about extension if any granted for online registration.

Step 4: Click on Preview - Now you can verify the information entered in the form
Step 5: If information entered in the form is correct click on Submit Button
Step 6: You will receive OTP on your mobile. Please enter OTP
Now your registration under Chief Minister's Advocate Welfare Fund Delhi is over. You will receive Unique ID number on your mobile number and through email.
If you want to modify information entered at Preview stage as described in Step 4, you can come back to previous menu to modify the information by clicking on Back Button.
After modification you can follow step Number 5, 6 and 7 to complete the Registration Process.
