Submission of declaration form with Bar Council by the advocates enrolled after July 2010.

Last date for submission of documents as per notification 31.03.2024

The Office of Bar Council of Delhi has received a letter from Bar Council of India on 30.08.2016 on the subject "Submission of Declaration Form by the Advocates enrolled after July, 2010.

As per the Bar Council of India directions, the Advocates enrolled after July 2010, (i.e. enrolled on or after 01.08.2010) are required to submit a "Declaration Form" as per format approved by Bar Council of India i.e. www.barcoucilofindia.org. The Declaration form can be downloaded from the link given below of Bar Council of Delhi Website.

The concerned advocates are requested to download the Declaration Form from the Website of Bar Council of India or Bar Council of Delhi and submit the same (completed in all respect) along with the documents as mentioned in the Declaration form itself and two photograps (one to be poasted on the Declaration form and another to be attached to the office of Bar Council of Delhi (at Siri Fort or High Court or Tis Hazari Court) through their respective Bar Associations. Or Advocates can also submit the Declaration form Directly to the office of Bar Council of Delhi. No process fee is required to be submitted along with the Declaration form.

The last date for submission of Declaration form is 31.03.2024.
