Staff of authority - Section 55 of Land Acquisition Act 2013
Staff of authority is defined under section 55 of Land Acquisition Act 2013. Provisions under this Section is:
Section 55 of Land Acquisition Act 2013 "Staff of authority"
(1) The appropriate Government shall provide the Authority with a Registrar and such other officers and employees as that Government may think fit.
(2) The Registrar and other officers and employees of an Authority shall discharge their functions under the general superintendence of the Presiding Oflicer.
(3) The salaries and allowances and other conditions of service of the Registrar and other officers and employees of an Authority shall be such as may be prescribed.
